It was another fabulous day in Mismaloya, Mexico as Sheree Lacy & Beat Goehring celebrated their wedding at the Villa Garza Blanca. The couple shared their special day with an intimate gathering of close friends, who traveled to sunny Mexico from all over the world to celebrate with them.
At the cocktail reception after the ceremony the couple sipped Plush Catering’s signature Orange and Lime Margaritas and greeted guests amid the festive sounds of a 10-piece mariachi band. Everyone warmed their appetites with delectable dishes, including Agave Glazed Shrimp Shooters and Crispy Thai-Style Calamari.
Later, the three course dinner featured Arrachera Dusted with Mexican Cinnamon – but the real star of the evening was the incredible Macaroon Cake, which our pastry chef, Juan, prepared according to Sheree’s special request.
This Puerto Vallarta Wedding’s extraordinary décor and coordination was the work of our friends at The Dazzling Details. We’ve worked with them on several events and are continually impressed by their grace and talent.
